    Sacha sorts incoming requests (order tracking, return, question) and prepares a reply in your shop’s tone. You approve, it goes out.

    for every new product added

    Théo writes the product page in three versions, with the features you provide and nothing else: no invented benefits.

    Rose matches the previous day’s payments to orders and flags the discrepancies: refund to process, payment without an order, duplicate.

Sacha prepares, you approve. Even a simple “received” is a message to a third party, so it needs your go-ahead. Goodwill gestures remain your decision.

Rose detects and prepares. Refunds, transfers and changes to a paid order are done by you.

At launch, Théo prepares the product pages and you paste them in. Direct publishing will come with the shop connectors.
