Nora prepares the list of next-day appointment reminders from the calendar and submits the messages to you, one per patient, before anything is sent.

Elsa follows TARDOC, FOPH and insurer publications and sums up on one page what changes for the practice’s billing.
Miloevery night at 02:00
Milo checks that the billing workstation backup ran, that the certificates are valid and that security updates are applied.

At launch, no troopio employee reads, summarises or files a medical record. The team works on the practice’s calendar, admin and IT. We would rather say so plainly than dress it up.

Appointment reminder, reply to a request, confirmation: every message is prepared, then approved by you or your assistant before it goes out.
Out of scope at launchNo medical advice
Sacha answers admin questions (opening hours, documents, invoices). Any health question is passed to a human at the practice, with no automatic reply.
Technical constraintOn your premises, or in troopio Cloud
troopio installs on a computer in your company: your files stay with you. With troopio Cloud, your employees also work with your computer switched off, in an isolated space in Europe, but without access to the files on your computer. Hosting in Switzerland is not offered yet; we say so here rather than promise it.
