Does it use up credits?

No. You pay a fixed flat rate in CHF, VAT included. Everything is included in the subscription: the intelligence, the tasks, the schedules, the reports. Your employee never stops mid-month, and nothing stops without you being warned first.

What exactly does the price cover?

Everything your employee needs to work: the troopio engine, on your machine or in troopio Cloud, tasks and schedules, approvals, the log, reports, alerts, updates and support. There is nothing extra to buy to keep it running.

Why “less than CHF 5 a day”?

CHF 149.– a month is CHF 4.90 per calendar day, weekends included, since it also works at weekends if you ask it to. A 40 % part-time assistant in Switzerland costs more than CHF 2’500.– a month, social charges included. One doesn’t replace the other: the virtual employee takes the repetitive tasks, the assistant keeps the rest.

What if one employee is no longer enough?

It tells you itself: when a task comes back too often, it suggests hiring a colleague to handle it. Nothing is created without your click. Hiring a colleague means moving from Solo to Équipe: four employees instead of one.

How long does it take to get started?

Allow fifteen minutes to create your employee (a face, an outfit, a first name, a sentence) and see its first deliverable. You install it yourself, step by step; if you get stuck, support helps you by email.

What if I want to leave?

A button in the settings. No retention call, no last-minute discount. Your data stays with you; keep it or delete it, as you wish. With troopio Cloud, your cloud space is kept for 30 days after the subscription ends: come back before then and you’ll find it just as you left it; after that, it is deleted.

How am I billed?

In CHF, Swiss VAT included, with a PDF invoice. Monthly or yearly, as you prefer, from your account.
