Autumn 2026 edition

New: troopio Cloud is built in. Your employees keep working with your computer switched off. About troopio Cloud

The troupe

Eight faces. One employee. You choose who wears it.

The eight characters are faces, not imposed job titles. Each comes with a suggested preset (executive assistant, IT sentinel, monitoring…) that you keep, adapt or ignore, plus four outfits. The first name can be changed too.

Presets. Those of Nora, Milo, Elsa are ready; the other five are in preparation. Either way, your employee does what you describe in one sentence: the preset is only a starting point, and we would rather say so than leave you guessing.

How we work together

Three rules, the same for all eight.

They are written into each employee’s rule files, and the safety floor enforces them even if you never read them.

  • 01

    Rephrase before acting

“If I understand correctly, you want…” A vague request leads to a short question with options, not a silent interpretation.

  • 02

    Ask before sending

An email to a third party, a payment, a deletion: the employee stops, shows you the exact tool and parameters, and waits. Whatever its autonomy level.

  • 03

    Finish with a report

Every task ends with a title, fifteen lines and the files produced. Even “nothing to report” is written, dated and lands in your inbox.

Your industry

Not sure who to start with? Pick your industry.

Fiduciary, medical practice, real estate agency, manufacturing SME… we show you the starting team, the connected tools and the three tasks of the first week.
