Anouk really acts on your tools. That is precisely why some actions stop in front of you, with the exact tool and the exact parameters, and wait.

- Quote 2026-114 (CHF 8’400.–, day 9): follow-up 1 ready, mentions the visit on 12.09.
- Quote 2026-102 (CHF 2’150.–, day 31): follow-up 3 ready, the last one. If there is no reply, it gets closed.
- Quote 2026-088: closed as “dead”: three follow-ups without a reply, contact has left the company (source: automatic email signature).
- To prepare: brief before Thursday’s 10:00 meeting with Menuiserie B. (history: 2 orders in 2025).
