Autumn 2026 edition

New: troopio Cloud is built in. Your employees keep working with your computer switched off. About troopio Cloud

Your industry

A team preconfigured for your industry.

Choose your industry: we show you the starting team, the connected tools and the three tasks it takes on from day one. And what it won’t do.

A team for your electrical business

Grid operator files tracked site by site, property managers’ work orders invoiced and chased, unanswered quotes followed up, calls for tenders monitored. The team runs the office while you are on site. The forms are still signed by you.

What it does from the first week

3 scheduled tasks
  1. Portrait of Nora, troopio virtual executive assistant, leather diary held against her chestNora

    every Friday at 16:00

Nora reviews the files submitted to the grid operator, site by site: what blocks a power-on next week, what has been waiting for a reply for more than ten working days, and the follow-ups ready to proofread.

  2. Portrait of Rose, troopio virtual accountant, wooden stamp in handRose

    every Monday at 07:00

Rose goes through the property managers’ work orders: works done but not yet invoiced, overdue invoices, and one draft follow-up per manager quoting the order and invoice numbers.

  3. Portrait of Elsa, troopio virtual research officer, watchmaker’s loupe in handElsa

    every working day at 07:30

Elsa monitors the calls for tenders published on SIMAP and cantonal websites (electrical installations, charging stations, photovoltaics) and flags those that fit you, with the deadlines.

Objections and limits, no sugar-coating

5 points
Always needs your go-aheadThe grid operator’s forms are signed by you

Connection request, installation notice, safety report: Nora prepares the data and tracks the replies. Submitting and signing stay with the company’s authorised person, always.

Out of scope at launchNo sizing, no conformity assessment

Elsa cites a standard and its date. No employee sizes an installation or judges its conformity: that is your trade.

Out of scope at launchNo phone, no WhatsApp

The team doesn’t call your customers and doesn’t reply on WhatsApp. It works by email, with files and in your calendar; the site phone stays yours.

Technical constraintYour quoting software through exports

Without a native connector at launch, Rose works on your exports (PDF, CSV) dropped in her inbox. Bexio connects by API key. The grid operator’s portal and the wholesaler’s shop are prepared, never filled in for you.

Always needs your go-aheadNothing goes out without you

Every email, text message or document for a third party, every payment and every deletion outside the workspace comes to you first, whatever the autonomy level. The employee prepares, you approve, it executes.
